Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Idle Space Saga for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the game, reverse engineer it except where the law says you may, or use it commercially without our written permission.

We keep all rights in the game itself — its code, art, audio, text, and name.

Purchases, gems, and in-game items

Gems, credits, ships, upgrades, and every other in-game item are licensed to you, not sold, and have no real-world value. They exist only inside Idle Space Saga. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another player, or taken out of the game, and they carry no value if your account is deleted or the game is discontinued.

Real-money purchases are processed by Apple or Google, never by us directly. Once a purchase is verified, we credit what it grants to your device’s save.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under Apple’s or Google’s refund policies, not by us. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove what it granted, including cases where you have already spent it.

Prices and the contents of what we offer can change. Being an idle game, the balance of what things cost in-game will change over time as we tune it — buying something does not lock in its power, price, or usefulness relative to anything else.

Your progress and save data

Your progress lives on our servers, and the server’s copy is authoritative. This is what lets your progress survive reinstalling, and it’s what stops progress from being altered by editing files on your device.

We do our best to keep your progress safe, but we can’t guarantee it will never be lost to a bug, a failure, or a data-deletion request. There is no account system and no password, so if you lose access to your device you may lose access to your progress.

Resetting your profile in-game, or asking us to delete your data, is permanent and cannot be undone.

Fair play

Please don’t:

• modify, decompile, or tamper with the game or its data files
• use bots, automation tools, or exploits to gain currencies or items you didn’t earn
• try to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our servers
• abuse the bug reporter to submit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• try to obtain in-game items other than through normal play or legitimate purchases

If you do, we may suspend or terminate your access and remove items obtained illegitimately, without refund. Our servers verify purchases and validate progress, and we may reject changes that appear fraudulent.

Bug reports and anything else you send us

If you send us a bug report or a suggestion, you give us permission to use it to fix and improve the game, at no cost and without obligation to you. Don’t send us anything confidential, anything personal, or anything you don’t have the right to share.

Availability

Idle Space Saga is an online game and needs our servers for parts of it to work. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time, including shutting the servers down. If the game is discontinued, your in-game items and currencies end with it, and we are not obliged to compensate you for them, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and material changes will be announced in the game or on the store listing. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your progress will never be lost.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost progress, lost in-game items, or lost profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing here excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded — including, in some places, statutory refund and guarantee rights that apply regardless of what this document says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
